SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers on the community.

SASSA might be rendering companies for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency claimed it can be alarmed in regards to the higher range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] click here is to reach-out to a substantial number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office dedicated to service the area on a regular basis. The company level made for intervention experiences a substantial inflow of possible beneficiaries, website which makes it tricky for the office to attend to all people who check out a SRD service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra resources to allow the servicing of all shoppers and increase access to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
